Meet The Team
Dan and Josh have amassed over 20 years of experience in recruitment, and work around the clock to create organic relationships with both our clients and candidates. We think outside of the box to provide a seamless connection between our clients and the nations top talent.
Dan founded Agenzia Recruitment in 2019, with the name paying homage to his Sicilian roots. Prior to this dan enjoyed a successful career leading recruitment and sales teams for some the most prominent recruitment agencies in the UK. In his down time Dan can be found spending time with his young family or walking the fairways of some the most prestigious golf courses in the UK.
After injury bought a premature end to his professional boxing career, Josh connected with dan through their shared love of the game of golf. Since then Josh has made great leaps in his young recruitment career, connecting talent of all levels with some major players in the telecoms sector. When not sourcing talent josh can also be found strolling the fairways (more so the trees) and spending time with his young family.
